These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Voxara, a voice communication platform developed and operated by Eocean Private Limited (“Eocean”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at Mezzanine Floor, Building 29-C, Sunset Lane #1, Phase 2 Extension, D.H.A, Karachi, Pakistan.

By accessing or using Voxara (including its website, platform, and associated services), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of the Platform

Voxara offers a unified suite of voice services including call centers, voice broadcasting, OTPs, and conversational automation.
You must be 18 years or older to use the platform. If using on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to act on its behalf.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information while registering or interacting with our services.

2. Data & Security

All data collected through Voxara is managed by Eocean and handled in accordance with industry best practices.
Data may be stored securely using third-party infrastructure and may be processed in line with legal obligations.

3. Availability & Service Modifications

Voxara is provided on an “as is” basis and may undergo scheduled maintenance or updates without notice.
We reserve the right to suspend access to the platform due to misuse, security concerns, or technical issues.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, engage in unlawful activities, or disrupt the platform’s integrity.
Unauthorized resale or redistribution of Voxara’s services is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Eocean is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of Voxara.
Use of third-party integrations (e.g., WhatsApp, Google) is governed by their respective policies.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Karachi.
